Systems / CRM Administrator
Harland Financial Solutions (HFS) is a leading provider of key technologies for financial institutions of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Systems / CRM Administrator who will be responsible for the service level management, administration and on-going improvements to enterprise level Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This includes testing, installing, upgrading, configuring and patching CRM systems, preferably MS CRM. The administrator will also plan and coordinate change management of processes and work as part of a team towards improvements and upgrades to the system through use of best practices and corporate policy. They will also partner wit internal customers to understand business needs and discover solutions leading to a more effective business operation and increase company profitability. Seeking a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience and 3+ years of experience in systems administration with 4+ years experience providing support or analysis on Customer Relationship Management software platforms.
