Systems Analyst

 

Captures, consolidates, and communicates the information from the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to the rest of the team. Develops a requirements document and maintains requirements traceability. Identifies and resolves conflicting requirements. Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining system capabilities and processes Coding and software development tasks as required Research, evaluate and recommend hardware and software development, purchase and use Translate client/customer requirements into meaningful technical design Build prototype applications for demonstration purposes

Job Requirements:
10+ years experience Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience Performs statistical analysis on collected data and works closely with internal management on various operational issues and projects on a daily basis. Uses comprehensive subject matter expertise, influence and process skills to help stakeholders identify and meet their program needs. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Identifies when user training of applications is required and suggests appropriate courses. Partners with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems. Collects data, performs statistical analysis and effectively communicates results to team. Tests coding enhancements.
