We are currently seeking an Enterprise Systems Monitoring Engineer to join our team!!  If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a leading-edge software development company this might be the opportunity for you!


Responsible for implementing and administering monitoring solutions for "client-facing system software".  Duties include installation and configuration of monitoring tools, designing and implementing multiple monitoring consoles and managing the entire production monitoring system companywide. Will also participate in formulating monitoring strategy improvements.

 

Skills: Strong technical background and aptitude working with, supporting and implementing technology solutions to support monitoring of production systems.  Ability to quickly learn new skills and systems. Understanding of how monitoring works in the UNIX, INTEL and Mainframe environments is very beneficial to this position.
 

Current tools being utilized by our organization are: Oracle Enterprise Manager/Grid Control (experience would be a major plus) Oracle BAM Compuware ASG Impact

Experience:Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience Requires 2 years of Information Systems monitoring experience Overall, 4-5 yrs. of IT experience ITIL Certification a plus
