System Engineer / IS Manager

The Coolhires mission is to pair cool people with hot companies. We're seeking a talented System Engineer with a strong background in *nix-focused system and network administration. The best fit for this position will also have extensive experience supporting LAMP development and deploying / maintaining LAMP production environments, along with desktop support / management of Windows, Mac, and desktop Linux. You must also be a self-starter, organized, motivated, and excellent at multi-tasking.



This position is a bit different than your average System Administrator role. We're looking for someone who is proactive and is willing to "run the show"; who wants to take complete ownership of a company's IT infrastructure. If you're looking for a position that has you making decisions, flexing serious autonomy, and steering the technological direction of a company -- this is the role for you.
