System Analyst

MicroPact, a software solutions firm, seeks an energetic and motivated individual as a Systems Analyst.

Candidates must have the ability to interact with clients and senior staff members from various organizations in the firm, industry, and government communities.  Intermediate skills in MS Word, Visio, and Acrobat (PDF) are required.  MS SharePoint and HTML knowledge is preferred. Programming experience is a big plus. This successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Performing research, analysis, and visualization design support, related to requirements traceability, functional sufficiency, and information exchange supportability for large personnel systems. Demonstrating effective communication and listening skills. Interacting and conducting interviews with clients to assess stakeholders’ needs. Demonstrating, recording, writing, and presentation skills needed to document interviews and analyze results in concise and organized reports.
