Support Operations Analyst - IIS, WinNT/2000, TCP/IPDescription: Support Analyst 1 1 year - 24/7 rotating shift. Beginning as 3pm -12am swing shift, switching to 7pm-7am 4 day graveyard shiftsThe Operations Analyst role will participate as a key member of the Tier 1 Operations team, focused on improving the performance and reliability of their Internet businesses. This level 1 Support Analyst works closely and consults with NOC Operations Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers on the Product Operations teams. You will provide front-line incident resolution as detailed in extensive trouble shooting guides (TSGs); track problems according to standards and escalate to the next level of support if appropriate; provide technical support for the implementation, integration and evolution of complex systems architectures and evaluate and improve on existing processes.
