 Job Description Overview

The Supplier Solutions team is looking for an associate team member to facilitate day to day operations for the Supplier Membership Program of the Ariba Supplier Network. Through a single connection, the Ariba Supplier Network provides organizations with the capabilities they need to ensure seamless transactions, strengthen existing buyer-supplier relationships, find new business opportunities, and generate bottom-line savings—allowing them to realize true eBusiness success. More than 170,000 enabled suppliers in 120 countries and hundreds of global buying organizations make the Ariba Supplier Network the world’s largest transacting network, with a new supplier joining every 20 minutes. Over $100 billion in annual spend across myriad industries, products, and services gives the Ariba Supplier Network broader coverage than any other network. The Ariba Supplier Membership program is a very strategic aspect of the Ariba Supplier Network.

 Duties and Responsibilities

The Supplier Membership Program Associate assists in the operational aspects of the Ariba Supplier membership program, including:

Maintaining strong customer focus at all times Drives collection efforts associated with Network subscribed services Assists in managing buyer-paid contracts and rebates Coordinate with multi-discipline (finance, engineering, IT) team to improve collections of outstanding receivables Ad hoc analysis

Basic Minimum Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
