Title: Subscription Offering Manager, PSEB #65445 Location: San Rafael, CA Position Summary: Autodesk's Subscription product offering has grown dramatically over the past four years and now contributes over 25% to Autodesk's overall revenue. As a result of this success, we are seeking four new Product Managers to bring the Subscription product to the next level and help develop new offerings that will compliment this product line. In this position you will help drive revenue and profit performance for the Subscription and Support product lines by ensuring the offerings have a strong perceived and realized value with Autodesk's software customers. You will play a proactive role in the planning and design of the products' feature sets to achieve the highest possible attach and renewal rates. You will be the prime driver for the Subscription, Support and Publishing products that are associated with Autodesk's Platform Solutions and Emerging Businesses division (PSEB). Responsibilities: Gather and analyze software user requirements and lead brainstorming/design meetings for new product features and overall product direction. Demonstrate financial viability & value proposition of new features and new products. Define product feature specifications in the form of detailed market requirement documents. Lead cross functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring delivery of complete, market ready solutions. Provide guidance and assistance to the development organization with prioritization of ongoing change requests, feature requests, and defects. Work closely with project teams and directly with customers to ensure that product capabilities meet the needs of early adopters. Communication of product release plans & current and planned capabilities to all areas within the organization, and to external stakeholders. Be an evangelist for the product, demonstrating capabilities of the offering in a positive light in both internal and external settings. Lead and champion relevant Product Advisory Council sessions with key clients to review planned feature designs and to gain feedback on product capabilities. Analyze industry reports to gain familiarity with market information relevant to trends in maintenance, service and the broader CAD and Geospatial markets. Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a product manager in a technology environment. Solid understanding of term based products and/or services. Must posses a unique blend of business acumen and customer focus. Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution. Strong time management, prioritization and project management skills Ability to work independently and drive results Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience. Experience within the design and engineering industry would be an asset.
