Strategic Sales Associate

is an entry-level inside sales position providing exposure to technology sales and marketing in a dynamic, small company environment.  OpenAir Strategic Sales Associates lead Senior Management of prospective clients through all stages of a consultative, high-touch sales process.  Successful Strategic Sales Associates are outstanding at developing a strong rapport with their accounts, diagnosing needs, demonstrating the capabilities of OpenAir’s unmatched Professional Services Automation software product, and effectively presenting to key decision makers.  Within 2 years the Strategic Sales Associate will be expected to independently manage a sales territory.  While OpenAir invests heavily in training and mentorship to aid in professional development, we also extend a great deal of independence and operating discretion to Strategic Sales Associates.  We expect outstanding professional decision making, and the ability to work seamlessly with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Client Management departments to provide an exceptional buying experience.
