That’s why we’re always looking for the best and the brightest to join our winning team. Position Description:Validate standard I/O products and provide technical support for OEM customers. Product validation includes designing a board and developing software to exercise the product. I/O standard product silicon is examined at the protocol level (SAS, SCSI, Fibre Channel, PCI-X, PCI express, etc) and the signal level. Product support involves helping the customer with the initial integration of the I/O standard product and debug of any software or hardware issues that arise. Work with the technical publications group on data manuals, systems engineering notes, and other documentation support. Provide training for customers and the Field Application Engineering organization. Work with the development engineering departments, hardware and software in debugging and supporting new products. Also involves working with silicon and software in a system environment.
