Staff Software Development Engineer

Full Time, Employee IT/Software Development 5172 The Eclipsys Platform Engineering team is looking for an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of some of our core technologies. Are you someone that can bring people, technology, and software solutions together in a complete package? The successful candidate will have experience leading technological vision at the individual product level with a solid ability to contribute to Enterprise Architecture. Architectural vision, technological skill, and solid communication and presentation abilities are required for this position. In depth experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Communications Foundation, and the .NET 3.0 / 3.5 Platform are also necessary. Candidates with previous experience developing APIs and/or frameworks are highly preferred. LDAP and ADSI experience is a plus. Experience/Education: CS degree (BS) or equivalent; candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered. Successful candidates have spent the past 5+ yrs developing enterprise level applications (desktop, server, client/server, web, SOA, etc.) using high level OO languages (Java, C++, or C#) and SQL databases for storage and reporting.
