They're seeking a top-notch Senior UI Designer to design compelling and intuitive UI for this rapidly growing SaaS Web 2.0 company.


The Opportunity,
Interact with product managers, customers and business stake holders to translate business and product requirements into compelling user interface designs, navigation flows, interactions flows and information flowsDeliver interactive prototypes using your programming skills in DHTM, HTML and the like Drive usability testing and interact with the user community to solicit feedback on the UI prototypes and UI designsDeliver UI Specifications, wire frames, UI prototypes to enable engineers to convert great UI designs to great productsAnd work with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure that the final product meets the UI design goals

The Needs,Degree in HCI, Industrial Design, Information Design, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science, or other related fields7+ years in designing user interfaces for enterprise web applicationsStrong knowledge of the evolving SaaS and Web 2.0 industry trends and experience designing applications leveraging these trendsGood mix of both UI design skills and programming skills (DHTML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript) to express your UI design ideas as high fidelity interactive prototypesCan work magic with Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Director, Visio, Fireworks, etc to quickly express design ideasAnd must be a motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning
