Sr. Technical Writer - Specific RSA's Access Manager and Federated ID Management Software a MUST!

Locally owned, privately held company looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join their team. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and paid overtime! Successful candidates MUST HAVE RSA's Access Manager and Federated ID Management Software experience!!!!

 Primary Responsibilities include:

· Write such technical documentation as operational specifications, manuals, bulletins, articles, and marketing publications.

· Gather technical information and verify knowledge of subject by interviewing subject matter experts engaged in developing new products and services or in making improvements, observing testing activities, referring to trade journals, rewrites of articles, bulletins, manuals, or similar publications.

· Prepare written text and coordinate layout and manual organization.

· Coordinate the publication production process to ensure publication is distributed to users.

· Perform project management tasks for documentation projects including tracking, monitoring, reporting status, and scheduling to ensure successful on-time completion.

· Manage all or various stages of the process to publish documentation in hard copy or electronic formats. Work with production vendor to review and to approve proof documents and to ensure coordination of printing in various formats.

Must have core technical writing experience with strong PC skills, experience using Microsoft Office, RoboHelp, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and PowerPoint and extensive experience writing requirements and editing technical specification documents.
