Sr. Technical Development Consultant The Sr. Consultant role will be an experienced level development position. This position is responsible for the technical components within the team performing analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of quality custom solutions within the development live cycle. Responsibilities: • Development of solutions, assistance with technical analysis and troubleshooting and requirements gathering • Coordinate/drive high level technical design process for custom development • Integration lead for a client implementation projects • Drawing data/process flow diagrams • Technical design and project liaison for off shore development • Troubleshooting and resolution of coding issues • Client interactions • May lead others in programming tasks Skills: • Healthcare Industry Experience • Consulting skills • Application development lifecycle experience • Solid communication (both oral and written) & relationship skills • Technical resource leadership • Technical project management • Triage/problem solving skills • Facets data model and batch processing (preferred) • Facets infrastructure technical background (preferred) Requirements: • Organizational Skills • Self motivating and self directed • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment • Must be able to multi-task several small development efforts at one time • Time management skills necessary to finish project assignments in accordance with deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Information Science & Engineering (or equiv. foreign education.).
