Position Title: Sr. QA Analyst
Job Duties/Responsibilities:Test and write bugs Participates as a QA Lead on a cross functional team Reviews requirements specifications for testability Writes and approves test cases for a product based on requirements specifications Develops training plans and mentors lower level QA team members SME on a product and be able to do advanced testing for other products Design and implement appropriate QA methodologies, controls, and documentation Recommends tools for enhancing testing capabilities Performance is measured at the individual level Additional tasks as assigned
Required Skills:College degree, computer science preferred and 5+ years QA experience; or 8+ years QA experience 5+ years developing test cases and test software components Results oriented, organized and self-motivated Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience working with a test case management and defect tracking system Experience with software applications and/or web applications Strong analytical and problem solving skills Must be able to work in close-knit team environment.
