Become a key member of our platform development team, building the J2EE infrastructure for Saba applications. Collaborate with other engineers on code reviews, internal infrastructure, and process enhancements.

The Skills:
Technical:
· Significant experience in software architecture and object oriented design.
· Strong Java skills, including working knowledge of core libraries, design patterns, JSF, JSP, EJB, XSLT and Servlets.
· Strong knowledge of internet/web technologies like HTTP, HTML, XML, AJAX and JavaScript.
· Experience in database design and SQL. Working knowledge of Oracle/SQLServer/DB2
· Working knowledge of the various J2EE application servers, including WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Oracle App Server
· Proven experience with designing and implementing service-level infrastructure for enterprise applications. Experience in implementing and deploying complex EJB applications on multiple application servers. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tier configurations. Experience with J2EE patterns
· Heterogeneous computing environments (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX)
. Knowledge of trouble shooting performance problems.

Personal:

· Ability to interact well with senior personnel from cross-functional teams and with customers and product management if required.

· Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments.

· Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience / Education:
· 6-10 years experience as a software engineer in Java/J2EE development.
· Bachelor of Science or higher degree required. Advanced degree desired.
