Our ideal candidates will possess a strong histories of client satisfaction, rapport building, communication, and dependability. This position will require daily travel to client sites in both harris and montgomery counties to provide necessary support. Statewide/Nationwide travel will be limited. Other requirements are as follows:

Skills Required:
·        Microsoft Windows Server 2000 & 2003 (Std & SMB)
·        Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro, Vista (All versions)
·        Networking - TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, SMTP, WINS, DNS, DHCP
·        Server Maintenance / Admin – Active Directory, Exchange Server Administer, Web Server Configuration, Fax Server
·        LAN/WAN/WAP, Cisco Routers
·        Microsoft Visio

Results Expected:
 Achieve the highest level of client satisfaction during each and every client interaction. Be punctual, on time and maintain excellent verbal and written communication with DNE Helpdesk and Clients. The ability to solve any client network, system, computer, hardware or software issues or seek appropriate help within a timely manner. Keep client informed of any licensing requirements, hardware upgrades or replacements, software issues which need attention. Project Planning at the Engineer level when replacing equipment or any other project for a client. Map out entire project, how things need to progress and manage the entire project in a way that exceeds the client’s level of expectation.

Position Responsibilities:
 Onsite and Remote Client Support Be punctual and on time for all appointments. Wear clean and appropriate DNE attire. Making necessary recommendations to clients, as needed. Actively pursue training and certifications that would benefit DNE’s client base.

Minimum Requirements
 Some Service or Communication training Minimum MCSE certification and/or CCNA or higher Minimum 5 years experience

Term of Position:
 Permanent placement after 90 Day Probationary period with exceptional performance review
