A profitable and rapidly growing software development company located in the South Bay currently seeks two Senior .NET Developers to add to its talented engineering group. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop cutting edge solutions used by Fortune 500 companies world wide. Exclusively a Microsoft shop, the company uses nothing but the latest technologies and development is currently being done using Visual Studio 2008 and .NET (C#) 3.0/3.5. In addition to a competitive base salary, the company also offers a lucrative benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K match, Options, PTO, and more. Required Skill Set

-At least 4 years overall .NET experience. Experience with either winforms or ASP.NET development is acceptable. Development is done in C# but VB.NET is OK. (.NET 3.0/3.5, WCF, WF, LINQ experience a plus)

-Proficiency with SQL Server

-Creativity and a positive attitude

-Superior communication skills are required for this position

-Experience working in a product development environment

-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

-Web Services-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is strongly preferred but not necessarily required for the right candidate
