We are looking for a talented individual who will work in a team that is building a new business-to-business product that will enable distribution partners to build and integrate custom music experience for their end users.  This position’s primary responsibilities are to help develop the product for, and market the product to, the universe of potential distribution partners. 

 

Some of the Key Responsibilities are:Create task analyses, user interaction models, wire frame screen flows, prototypes, design briefs, design specs and guidelines with little direction.Define use cases and UX flows.Oversee UX and design, including UX testing.HTML/CSS production.Write product requirements and participating in product specifications.Research and provide mgmt with competitive analysis.Gather production positioning information (understanding users, customers and end users) and communicate such information to the development teams via Marketing Requirement Documents.

 

Skills/Requirements/Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering or related degree (Master preferred) and/or equivalent work experience.

·  5 to 8 years experience in the design, development and marking of high-tech products.

·  Demonstrable experience in leading a cross-functional product development teams.

·  3 to 5 years experience with HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various Web 2.0 technologies.

·  Must be able to work closely with engineering, product management, and technical customers.

·  Experienced in bringing new products to market, specifically for business-to-business services.

·  Must be analytical, strategic, mature, and metrics-oriented with a strong creative eye.

·  Results-oriented and strong decision maker with ability to prioritize complex organizational objectives and meet aggressive deadlines.

·  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment. 

·  Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with an intellectual curiosity and drive.
