SR. MANAGER, INTEGRATION

 

The world's leading interactive entertainment software company is looking for an Integration Manager to join its Corporate Development team in the Bay Area.

 

Corporate Development provides strategic planning and transaction sourcing/execution/integration services to the company's executive management and business unit leaders. The group is charged with (a) identifying growth opportunities for the Company (b) evaluating acquisitions, investments, divestures and other initiatives that will assist in capitalizing upon these opportunities and (c) managing the deal execution and integration process.

Responsibilities:

*           Plan, manage and execute all aspects of M&A integrations, including pre-deal evaluation and due diligence through completion of integration activities

*           Manage the sign-to-close period with the corporate development team and post-close integration with the operational teams (i.e. HR, legal, tax, IT, facilities, PR and IR)

*           Ensure the right integration strategy is developed and executed per the intent of the deal

*           Post-signing function as the primary point-of-contact for acquired companies together with the operational deal sponsor

*           Develop metrics and manage the deal performance scorecard to evaluate accomplishment of stated objectives

*           For larger acquisitions, source and manage external integration consultants

*           Develop integration best-practices and processes for future transactions

 

Qualifications:

*           Minimum of 8+ years of operations/consulting/finance experience with at least 3 years of integration or cross-functional ops experience in a management role with a track record of success integrating business processes and people.

*           Finance background, preferably in public accounting / auditing

*           Experience in or passion for media and/or videogame industry

*           Ability to manage numerous projects in a fast-paced environment

*           Ability to clearly communicate and present to C-level executives

*           Ability to work with multiple business units/groups within the company

*           Good business sense and ability to understand complex business situations

*           Team player

Other Information:

*           Immediate start date

*           Relocation provided for non-local candidates

*           20-30% travel, including international
