You will play a key role in helping Statera to continue to grow by staying abreast of current and breaking technologies and market trends. Candidate shall assist with business development efforts including the creating proposals and white papers, leading customer focus groups, managing vendor relationships, and playing an advisory/consulting role for the technical and project teams. As key contributors of the organization, Statera Consultants often oversee and lend advice for multiple concurrent projects as well as provide mentoring to other Statera consultants. In addition to their responsibilities of satisfying client needs, Statera Consultants focus on advancing the firm's capabilities by documenting, creating, and promoting the firm's intellectual property.

SharePoint Technical Architect will implement and develop the latest .Net technologies including MOSS 2007. Candidate must have solid understanding and production experience in analyzing, developing, and deploying solutions using .Net technologies. This includes a strong technology focus on portals, business intelligence, enterprise application integration using .Net based architectures including XML, SOAP, Web Services, and business productivity applications.

Requirements: Experience with SharePoint Portal Server is a must, 2003/2007 Significant architectural experience using Microsoft .NET, and related technologies. Understand physical and logical server architectures for Sharepoint Portal Server Must have practical project experience in development of portal applications Expert level technical skills with .NET development technologies Minimum 5+ years of development experience in large scale enterprise application integration. Demonstrated effective solution development capabilities. Demonstrated high degree of initiative and self guided work management Must be willing to work diligently to meet deliverable deadlines Demonstrate strong desire to develop new technical knowledge and professional skills on a continual basis Detailed knowledge of Windows Sharepoint Services and MS Sharepoint Portal Server 2003/MOSS 2007; Network security expertise Ability to mentor developers through enterprise custom application developments of the Sharepoint Object Model.
