Here is  Java/J2EE requirement for our direct client.

 

Position : Mid level to Sr. Java/J2EE resource.

Location : Berkeley, CA

Duration : 6-12 Months

 

 

Job Description :

 

·  To Develop Rails applications for User management, Survey Management and Admin management.

·  Should have worked on AJAX for dynamic interaction of the web applications in remote calls.

·  Should be able to work on the clients Prototype framework for the dynamic javascripts.

·  Work on scriptaculous framework for the visual effects for the web pages (e.g: Toggling, Hiding etc)

·  Should have experience in Aptana as the IDE .

·  Should be able to work Using in-built Mongrel server as the web server and external  Apache server as the means to serve images and videos to the web application.

·  Experience in Agile process for the development for the tool.

 

Over All skills required :  Ruby on Rails, AJAX, Prototype Framework, Scriptaculous framework,  Agile methodology, Apache web server, Mongrel server, Mysql, Aptana IDE, Design Patterns, SVN.
