Sr. IT Infrastructure Architect

Description Organization:  Infrastructure Outsourcing Location:  Minneapolis, MN (Richfield) People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems, and telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies DESCRIPTION: The Technical Architect is responsible for managing the infrastructure architecture including requirements and design as well as project managing the infrastructure delivery work for one or more projects. This role will design and deliver project focused infrastructure architectures using enterprise technology standards for platform, SAN, network, database, middleware, backup / restore, and monitoring.  Our IO resources can expect to:  Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
