Sr. Director - Channel Sales

The Position:

This position is a combination of a strategic planning role as well as hands-on sales.  Responsibility for the entirety of the channels’ success including profitability, sales forecast, personnel management, quota attainment and pre-sales support resides in this role. This position will report to the SVP of Sales. 

 

Requirements:Demonstrated success in the development and execution of a channel strategy;Strong results orientation;Five plus years of success in channel development in the software industry;Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives;Solid management, marketing and operational skills;Strong communications and relationship skills with both external clients and internal employee groups;Proven ability  to roll-up sleeves to make things happen;Self-motivated and flexible to accommodate changes in business strategy.Ability/desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Executive presence and interface skills;High integrity;Strong cultural alignment with the company;Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree  

 

A Plus:

Experience in email security, Software as a Service (SaaS), or managed services. 

 

Travel

Approximately 50%.
