Must have exceptional customer relations skills along with the ability to work in a team environment. Experience working with top executives and both internal and external customers will play a key role in your success. Take customer calls, diagnose problems, provided workarounds, and software fixes. Experience with Microsoft .NET, C#,C++ Java/J2EE,C and databases are required. Object Oriented Design and UML also helpful. Required experience should include; level 1, 2 and 3 support, working knowledge of Unix and Windows Operating Systems, hands on experience with data query languages (SQL, SQL/PL), and scripting experience (Perl/Ksh).  Must have the ability to travel 10 to 15%. BSCS or BSEE or 5 years work experience, direct-hire, excellent benefit package.
