We're looking for a Citrix consultant who values technical challenge and a supportive work environment. In return, we offer a culture that is very rewarding to our consulting staff.  This position requires approximately 25% overnight travel to our customer sites across the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This position reports to the Area Services Director and is responsible for providing consulting services to MTM customers, you may also be responsible for managing and supervising other engineers in the completion of projects to design/implement/troubleshoot software, hardware, and associated peripherals on computer networks.

· This position delivers infrastructure consulting and activities, including installation, configuration, upgrading, updating and troubleshooting of servers and related server infrastructure.

· Identifies problems and provides resolutions utilizing knowledge of operating systems, software applications and vendor specific hardware.

· Implementation of best practice procedures for Citrix and network architecture design, development, implementation, and maintenance/support.

· Citrix support and Level 1, 2, or 3 troubleshooting with 24/7 support experience.

· Windows, Terminal Services, Active Directory and GPO troubleshooting.

· Implementation of vended and non-vended applications to run in a Terminal Services environment.

· Design and Implementation of routed and switched networks specific to LAN/WAN/VPN.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· CCA and MCSE certifications required.  CCEA an added plus

· Strong understanding of Active Directory and GPOs.

· Experience as a lead consultant in designing and deploying Windows and Active Directory projects.

· Experience supporting Citrix MetaFrame/Presentation Server.

· Experience supporting Citrix NFuse (Web Interface) and Secure Gateway/Access Gateway.

· Strong understanding of Windows 2000/03.

· Solid understanding of Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN).

· Knowledge and/or configuration of Citrix products including NetScaler, WANScaler, and Access Gateway solutions.

· Experience with network analysis tools and troubleshooting techniques.Excellent technical, interpersonal and documentation skills are required and the ability to make presentations to a technical audience desired.
