Meet or exceed the service level agreement for the department Assist the Manager of BW and Reporting Systems in encouraging a working environment in the IT Division which supports the strategic goals of Pioneer and of IT, reflects attention to budget limits, project deadlines and promotes the development of IT staff, Conducts a variety of development activities within the IT organization each year designed to increase the orientation, training & development & communication of IT staff.



 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, majoring in MIS/CIS or other applicable major 3 to 6 years of SAP implementation experience in the BW and/or related modules Excellent SAP BW skills a must Strong oral and written communication skills- must be able to clearly communicate concepts Must have strong analytical skills   Additional skills required: · 1+ yrs experience with BI 7.0 (2004S) Intergrated Planning · Exp in Financial Reporting and Planning is highly preferred · Strong hands-on exp in BW/BI front-end and back-end development with a deep understanding of the SAP BI tools and techniques · The ability to develop a overall approach, strategy and design of the BW/BU landscape and solutions including designing and implementing the data models, extractors and data warehouse layer · Ability resolve problems, troubleshoot and do performance tuning on BI 7.0 systems and BI AcceleratorJob Code : 50009043 Division/Department : Pioneer Electronics USA Inc.
