Avanade’s Central Region is currently hiring Solution Developers, based in Chicago and Minneapolis metro-area on a permanent basis.  You must be willing to travel in the Midwest.  . 

 

As a Solution Developer, you will be a consultant focusing on developing and testing mission critical enterprise solutions.  Consulting assignments may include architecture, design, development, testing, and implementation of custom application development and package implementation and selection using the .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, BizTalk, SharePoint, Office 2007 and other advanced components of Microsoft technology. 

 

Requirements

Various levels of Solution Developers are needed.  1+ year/s technology consulting1+ year/s as a programmer1+ year/s experience with C# or VB.NET/ASP.NETDeep MS platform skillsFull Software Development Life Cycle (SDCL) experience Willingness to travel Strong customer service skills

 

Preferred RequirementsMCSD CertificationB.S. Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relatedProject Management MethodologiesSpecialty skills in BizTalk or SharePoint a PLUS!!!

 

All positions require excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs are also required.  You must be motivated with a focus on team performance.

 

We also have a need for various levels of Solution Developer positions which require in depth architecture and development experience working with BizTalk Server 2006, SharePoint Server 2007, Commerce Server 2007, SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Dynamics 3.0, Microsoft Axapta, and Microsoft Office Project Server 2007.
