Software Support Technician
Work Location: Uxbridge MA for initial 1st shift training period, then opportunity for home office setting for 2nd/3rd/Weekend shift. 1st shift will continue in Uxbridge office location.
Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Provide level 1 software support in the Interface Support Team of Iatric Systems, Inc. Communicate effectively with customers when they report software issues. Connect to customer computer system using modem, VPN, Citrix, TCP/IP etc. and provide support for our software products.
Basic Qualifications
You must have knowledge of computers including Windows and Microsoft Office, good verbal communications skills and be reliable. A two year technical degree with technical support experience is preferred. Remote connectivity experience, such as modem, VPN and Citrix as well as remote control software like PC Anywhere or Remote Desktop is desired. Knowledge of Meditech software products is a plus. No travel required.
