En Pointe is currently experiencing explosive growth and recent acquisitions, as a result we are adding Senior Sales Executive. With room for growth. Candidates MUST be experienced selling following; LAR, Systems Integrator, Manufacturer, Software Publisher, Hardware, and Services.

 All prospects’ who credentials demonstrate industry experience and could become an asset to the team will initially have a telephone interview followed by a personal interview. 

 

Tasks:Prospect for new business through outbound telephone sales and direct meetings for new and existing customers in geographic region. Your focus will be to drive net-new services,software and hardware business with expectations to grow the territory.  Travel locally is required.

Develop and maintain executive relationships and customer communication through quarterly and annual business reviews Maintain sales appointment levels and revenue goals as outlined Address account challenges and provide swift solutions Respond to sales leads,  RFP,s  and develop prospecting lists Support other sales departments on multi-facetted engagements including eBusiness, or Services Attend training classes as offered or directed Support marketing efforts promoting En Pointe as the total solution partners. Work with internal sales and operational groups that support your sales activity to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Minimum qualificationsCollege degree or equivalent preferred 2+ years LAR industry sales experience preferred. Proven record of success achieving/exceeding sales targets and goals Self motivated / highly driven Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively Ability to travel locally Excellent communication and organization skills
