Software Sales Executive

 

DESCRIPTION

Position will focus on managing and leading a successful Sales Team dedicated to the sale of ERP software solutions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with proven success managing Sales Teams focused on prospecting new business and growing sales in the ERP software arena.  A consistent track record of meeting quota objectives must be demonstrated. The ideal candidate will possess:  10+ years experience in software sales, a strong background in consultative selling and previous executive level responsibilities that included leading and building a sales organization of 5+ employees.  This individual must have high personal and business integrity, excellent business and personal references and willingness to be coached and mentored.  Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills are a must.  A BS/BA Degree and experience in Public Sector and/or Public Safety sales is preferred. Located from New World Systems Headquarters in Troy, MI, the position will offer a healthy performance based compensation package (no cap) and significant career growth.
