The development team is located in Irving, Texas which is in Dallas County adjacent to the Las Colinas planned community.  The technology company is dedicated to modernizing the corporate travel management industry with exciting technology based on leading edge platforms including Oracle, IBM, and BEA middleware.  We are currently looking for candidates to join the Internet Development Team to be responsible for systems design, coding, QA and implementation.  If you enjoy a dynamic and challenging environment in which a dedicated team is passionate about developing innovation, this is the place for you.

 

Responsibilities Perform document analysis to identify gaps between requirements and software (including technical documentation) Analyze requirements and design specifications Execute test scenarios from the test plans, implementing test automation suites/scripts Write detailed and accurate bug reports Troubleshoot software defects and root cause analysis Perform the system tests, regression tests, performance tests and acceptance tests Create tests reports and analyze test results Detect, report, and track defects in the applications, as well as verify fixes and requirements implementation Log product changes and document in test scripts Development and maintenance of automation framework and test support tooling Keeps track of execution results in the common test harness databases Ensure quality and consistency of each application release

 

 

Skills/Qualifications

  Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines required   At least 2-3 years of relevant industry and job experience Exceptional attention to details and ability  to recognize errors Ability to understand business and functional requirements Well-organized, reliable, result oriented Excellent communication skills Experience in the following areas: Black Box Testing, White Box Testing, Automated Testing, Quality Management, Coordination, Time Management, Developing Standards, Software Testing, Software Quality Assurance Process, Process Improvement, Software Development Process
