Key responsibilities:- Executing strategies for more effective and efficient testing across applications. - Promoting/adopting consistent testing standards tools & processes. -Performing Windows-based GUI website/web services relational database testing. - Performing analysis on complex business requirements and software problems. - Exhibiting process-oriented results driven behaviors. Partnering productively in a multi-team environment with minimal supervision. Requirements: 3 or more years of test plan and test case development for C/C++ or Java-based products. A solid understanding of setting up and using Oracle and/or other databases is an advantage. 3 or more years experience with SQA tools, such as bug tracking software, GUI automation software, scripting languages, etc.Must have the experience with Mercury Tools, QTP (Quick Test Pro) Ability to work in a team environment or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
