Solidus is an exceptional player in the systems engineering industry. We are a full-time employer, NOT a job shop or placement agency. Solidus only employs developers and engineers interested in effectively contributing to client projects for the long haul. We have worked hard to create a company that employees are proud to work for and clients are confident in.
Hear what some of our employees have to say about working for Solidus:
"Solidus is the kind of organization that puts people first! They care about their employees and constantly strive for ways to improve their success." MM, Solidus Employee since 2005
"As a new employee of Solidus, you need to know this company is a cut above the industry standard. Solidus is especially personable, provides superior medical benefits and compensation, and challenging opportunities." F.K., Solidus Employee since 2005
"The positive attitude of the entire Solidus Staff during the recruiting process made me want to become a part of the Solidus team." D.M., Solidus Employee since 2005

“My job is simply wonderful! It has many, many aspects that I find personally gratifying. I’ve reconnected with a lot of old colleagues and shaken hands with others that I only knew as highly-respected voices in teleconferences. Now I work with them! Working directly with the program management aligns perfectly with my natural inclination to focus on the ‘big picture.’ In summary, I can honestly say that work is fun again.” A.C., Solidus Employee since 2006
