Responsibilities: This is hands-on role to lead and develop complexsoftware applications in Windows and .Net environment that use GPS and wirelesstechnology to provide location based services such as fleet management, trafficmanagement, smart navigation, etc. Lead a team of 5-7 engineers to build visual C++applications in Window environment and web applications in .Net environment Enforce the product development processes to ensure ahigh quality and maintainability of the project Interface with large customers to understand therequirements and customize the solutions for them

 Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in building complex software developmentin Windows environment (C/C++, Win32, MFC, SQL Server, TCP/IP) Experience in building C#/C++ /AJAX/DHTML/ASP webapplications in .Net environment Experience of HTTP/HTTPS, AJAX,  and Java Script Experience in managing 5-10 engineering teams Thorough understanding of engineering processes andbest practices BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, preferably fromthe reputed school Strong communication skills including verbal andwritten communications.
