Dassault Systemes Enovia Corp. is headquartered in Lowell, Massachusetts, with locations throughout North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.  Job SummaryWorking at our Lowell, MA division you will be required to understand and perform all aspects of the Software Licensing Administrator position related to the normal day-today requests of ENOVIA MatrixOne customers. In this position you will be supporting our customers via phone, e-mail and web. Daily responsibilities will include: troubleshooting and resolving customer's software license key issues, license key generation, and explaining our software licensing model.  This position will be interacting heavily with our Software Development, Customer Service and Technical Support groups both on a day to day basis and by playing a key role in the continuing development of our software licensing model.  The Software Licensing Administrator must have a working knowledge of Windows, UNIX/Linux, and Mac operating systems and the aptitude to learn our software license manager programs (FlexLM and LUM) and license models.  Responsibilities Customer Service aspect – the majority of time will be spent servicing both internal and external customer requests via the phone, e-mail and web regarding licensing issues. The successful candidate will be resourceful, display good problem solving skills. Good communication and conflict resolution skills will also be needed to ensure delivery of a high quality customer orientated service. This person will have direct supervision, but should be able to work independently. Project related activities – Projects will be assigned based on departmental needs and the evolution of the Company’s business environment. These projects will includes aspects such as identifying and implementing ideas for process and policy improvements and participating in cross-functional projects. This position will also be interacting heavily with the Legal and Order Administration to ensure day-to-day activities are addressed accurately and most importantly in a timely manner regarding software licensing issues. The successful candidate will be sensitive to and able to manage multiple deadlines and multiple sources of information to ensure the aforementioned aspects are delivered in a professional manner.
