Software License Account Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment for a company that is committed to ensuring our employees have a positive work experience.The primary function of the Software License Account Specialist is to process academic customer software license orders and renewals and generate quotations for our academic customers.  In addition, the Account Specialist must maintain the validity and integrity of academic customer data, while providing professional and courteous licensing support to academic customers and sales support staff. Additional responsibilities include: Â· Initial review of License Agreements · Review Purchase Orders for accuracy of pricing information and terms.  ·Provide administrative and licensing support to the Academic Business Development Manager as needed. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, although significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Candidates must have knowledge of basic office procedures and practices, including proficiency with MS Office software (Word and Excel).
