Our Software Installers install, license and configure OnBase® solutions that meet customer functional requirements. Successful applicants must be eager to learn new products and have a personal commitment to customer satisfaction. You should have a demonstrated ability to learn software and a desire to troubleshoot issues in a collaborative, professional relationship with other OnBase professionals. Requirements:
Candidates must have the following qualifications: Hands on experience installing and configuring Windows OS. General working knowledge of Transact-SQL with some experience using MS SQL Server or Oracle DBMS products. Hands on experience with PC/Server Hardware components. General understanding of Document Scanning or Multi-Function Devices.Software application deployment experience.Demonstrated ability to work independently.Willingness to travel extensively, deploying solutions at customer sites within and outside the United States.
