In this position, you will:  Support development projects using MBSD and lead the development of tools tailored to specific needs. Develop Modeling guidelines - best practices. Contribute to the enterprise modeling library. Cooperate with enterprise teams working on MBSD and align MBSD integration across the divisions. Evaluate and integrate auto coding tools into the software development process. Specify and develop electric drive system control software for agricultural equipment projects. Close cooperation with development process definition teams. Provide technical leadership to project engineers. Support electronic hardware design group with requirements and communicate subsystem specifications to the product verification and validation group (PV&V). This included the configuration of Hardware in the Loop testing. Education  Bachelor’s of Science degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent desired. Required Skills and Experience  Experience with MBSD tools and their application or experience in electric machine control software development. Experience working in a distributed team environment.Desired Skills and Experience  Skill in using state-of-the art software development tools. Experience on Agricultural or other vehicle applications. Software Engineering experience. Product Engineering experience.
