Software Developer- Level 2

A trusted client of Manpower Professional is currently looking for a Software Engineer Level 2.Software Engineer Level 2 is responsible for: evaluating and providing recommendations for application packages; analyzing existing applications, identifying weaknesses and developing opportunities for improvements; identifying technical system requirements; defining, developing or modifying software application modules using disciplined software development processes; adhering to quality standards and procedures; reviewing modules for quality assurance and checking compliance with application architecture standards; conducting unit testing of application modules to ensure application meets specifications; interfacing with testing teams to incorporate plans into integration testing process; documenting functions and changes to new or modified modules, testing activities/results and other areas such as error handling and backup/recovery procedures; making modules production ready by staging objects in the correct environment, completing forms, following procedures, completing version control documents; assisting in capturing and tracing operational metrics to understand performance and ensure success in process improvements; providing technical coaching/mentoring to less experienced team members; developing accurate time estimates to support requirements as defined by the Business Analyst; and planning and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines, while planning and tracking status on several projects at once and adjusting to constant business change and changing requirements.Qualifications . high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in IT discipline is preferred . Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology . Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft C# . Minimum 1 year of experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL . Minimum 4 years of experience with Object-Oriented Design skills . Experience with mobile development, preferred . Experience with Windows CE.NET, preferred .
