Software Developer / Java Programmer

We are looking for Software Developer / Java  Programmer, who is fast learner, goal oriented, high energy and has the ability and experience to work individually and within a team.

 

The candidate will possess a strong technical background, steep learning curve and  following attributes/experience:


- General Programmer Skills: Analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Requirements, Software Development Process

- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Multimedia Content Development, interprocess communication

- Proficiency in Java on Eclipse platform,  Eclipse RCP programming, Eclipse modules and GUI design,

- Web Programming Skills

- Experience with OFBiz  platform is a plus.

- proficiency in C++ is a plus.

- Proficiency in one or more of the following:  Linux, Windows environment

- Multi-tasker, Self-starter, with good written and verbal communication skills

· A bachelor’s degree minimum is required.



The candidate will be responsible for the following:



  - Development and maintenance of enterprise-class applications in a team environment.

  - Becoming a lead and driving force behind assigned projects.

  - contributing in multiple ways to make the product successful

 - spec documents, configuration management, code reviews, testing, automated tests, documentation

  - Helping to tech support staff with escalated cases, Solving tough customer problems.
