Sharp Database Marketing Analyst Needed

  DATABASE MARKETING ANALYSTNovell, Inc.Waltham, MA We need an analyst for our database marketing team. It's a great role for someone with a little bit of database marketing experience and looking for a chance to work on a global role in a growing company. Here's what the job is about:You will support the lead qualification process and handle calls from our marketing and sales organization to get data that meets their needs. You will work with our Siebel 7.7 CRM to make sure we have quality data and that it is properly managed. You will make sure the information coming from the CRM is accurate, usable and appropriate for the use requested. You will work closely with your peers in Marketing to create and maintain survey templates within the CRM. You will track list sources to ensure performance measurement. You will develop and manage reports on key measures within the CRM. You will scrub the data using internal data cleansing tools. Here's what we would like for you to already know:Experience using various CRM applications (Siebel experience would be great) Experience using various OLAP or analytical reporting tools 1+ years experience working in a business-to-business database marketing environment (high tech/software a plus) Strong project management skills Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Access Experience doing all the tasks around database marketing Bachelor's degree
