Project plan subject to review by Support Specialist 2 or management prior to implementation. Participates in the development of procedures documenting hardware maintaining and installation. Â·  Participates in the installation and integration of new systems and procedures with the existing systems. Â·  Participates in hands-on implementing and servicing of PC, network and phone systems hardware and software configurations. Â·  Monitors, documents, and reports computer related processing errors. Â·  Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.  May recommend system modifications to reduce user problems. Â·  Performs start up and close down procedures on the Symitar system.  Â·  Provides support to diverse information systems within the credit union.  This position requires the incumbent to: Â·  Maintain a positive and professional behavior and image with credit union Members, staff, management and board.·  Keep all credit union and Member information confidential.·  Establish and maintain effective business relationships with staff in other departments.·  Maintain a professional appearance.·  Maintain a working knowledge of data processing systems analysis and programming, and the policies and procedures necessary to effectively perform job duties.·  Enhance systems knowledge within operating environment.·  Refers complex requests to senior positions or management. Please submit your resume to carol.ceron@corestaff.com CareersDiscover the freedom, the flexibility and opportunity available through temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire assignments at CORESTAFF.
