This is a really, really cool job. Functioning as an Account Manager of a Services Team, take on account engagements for enterprise-level custom applications development utilizing Microsoft .NET & SQL technology. We are seeking a smooth, articulate, seasoned professional, to manage existing contacts. Mine, grow and penetrate deeper into existing enterprise-size Fortune 100 to Fortune 1000 accounts. Function as a mediator providing a calming effect to the customers, as you focus deeply upon the fine details of functionality of the software, as you drive the Requirements Gathering Sessions. Use the assistance of the technical Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Architect as you apply your excellent interpersonal skills, super soft skills, in a clean, calm, professional manner, as you drive these Requirements Gathering Sessions for Enterprise Applications Development engagements using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server. Probably 75% mining existing customers and 25% growing existing customer base within those same corporations. Not a hunter but a farmer role. Minimal to zero travel, depending. Required Skills:

5+ years of sales experience in any or all of the following: custom applications development, software development consulting, software development solutions selling. Fixed-Price or Off-Site consulting engagement sales. We are NOT looking for account managers who sell on-site consulting services by the hour; we ARE looking for a focused, calm, very detail oriented "mediator" with custom applications software solutions development and professional services project sales experience. Expert-level soft skills as applied to driving requirements phone calls. Degree preferred. Seeking a seasoned professional.
