Senior Web Application Developer w/Team Lead Experience

This position will be responsible for developing new Web applications and managing the entire lifecycle of application development. This position is primarily a development role creating Internet and Intranet applications written in ASP,.NET, HTML, PHP and other technologies. · You offer your unique skills and experiences. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to: ¯·Be a "hands-on" leader of a technical team (structuring workflow, defining roles, assigning duties, and delegating responsibilities).·Ensure the team delivers projects that are completed on time, within budget, meeting business requirements and delivered with quality resulting in minimal issues found during testing, deployment and production.·Research, design, implement, and evaluate web-based technologies ·Work w/various departments and external customers to define and deliver agreed up specs/benchmarks.·Identify resources needed,develop project plans and schedule to ensure on-time completion .·Initiate action to identify/resolve project problems/issues and reports on steps and actions taken to correct them.·Oversee the planning, documentation, and execution of all unit test plans.Requirements:·5 yrs expertise in web-based development (ASP and .NET).·Knowledge of SQL Server (including SQL Server 2005, Reporting Services, Integrations Services, and Analysis Services).·Min 2 yrs project mgt/lead experience·Strong oral/written communication skills·Demonstrated experience in planning, designing, and implementing multiple ongoing projects·Proven leadership,team building and people development skillsEmail your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
