Senior Trainer Consultant / Instructional Designer
Location; Wallingford, CT
Duration; 6 months +

Our Direct Client is looking for a Trainer / Instructional Designer with Project Coordination background to work on Site in Wallingford, CT.
Candidates should have 3-5 years experience as Trainer / Instructional Designer
Candidate must have experience creating training materials for in-person training and computer based training.
Expereince with TrackWise is preferred.
Good interpersonnal skills.
Ability to plan and execute a system training plan.
Candidate should have experience with Capitvate CBT Software
Ability to quickly learn new applications and business processes.
Ability to link business process with application workflow.
Experience in computer training adult students.
Candidate should have experience implementing distance learning programs.
