Yoh has an opening for a Senior Telemarketing Professional/Trainer in Scottsdale, AZ.  This position is a long term contract with SAP Americas. Description: Professional Senior Telemarketing Professional/Trainer to work on SAP’s Tele Campaign.  Individual will be responsible for calling upon clients/vendors regarding marketing materials.  Individual will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring new training procedure for all telemarketing campaigns.Responsibilities: • Engaging with marketing in regards to the telemarketing follow-up tactics and expectations for results • Coordinating all of the training enablement material for all marketing campaigns with telemarketing follow-up • Monitoring the Campaigns with our outside vendors and making adjustments when necessary to obtain expected conversions • Providing results visibility to all of our stakeholders • Designing and implementing new and innovative tele programs to increase our lead conversion rates • Constantly looking to improve our various processes to make SAP more effectiveQualifications: • Requires some previous Telemarketing experience, either on the call floor or in management • *MUST* have advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Must be an independent thinker, and have the ability to think outside of the box • Some Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required • Extremely high level of detail orientation required • Organization and time management is a key component of this positionDiscover all that's possible with Yoh.
