We are looking for an experienced J2EE Software Engineer to serve as a Senior Engineer in our Professional Services Organization which is responsible for developing custom e-Learning solutions for our clients. Primary Responsibilities Include:- Work with a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our e-Learning Solutions- Work with Project Management to accurately estimate and plan work efforts- Act as a technical liaison between project team and clients- May be required to lead a team of up to three engineers on a small to mid-size projectThe ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of software engineering experience with (at least) the last three of those years heavily focused on Java technologies (J2EE, JSP, XML, XSL). He/she must have extensive experience designing Java applications. Experience with multiple databases (Oracle, SQL/Server) is desired for this position. Experience with development in Flex is desired for this position. Client interaction is necessary.
