Senior Software Engineer: Data Modeling

This position offers a great opportunity to play a critical role in the design and implementation of our next generation database. The successful candidate will have experience with both data definition languages and programming languages. This is an excellent opportunity for a rewarding career in a technically challenging environment.Candidates must have an MS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related degree and a minimum of 5 years experience developing commercial software applications with a focus on data modeling.Additional requirements include:Proven C++ and object-oriented software design skills with up-to-date knowledge of modern programming techniques;Experience working within large-scale object-oriented software frameworks;Proven data modeling or information architecture skills;Effective communication skills Highly-motivated with the ability to work well with others in a team environment SIMULIA is an EEO/AA employer.
