We believe that all developers must have a personal commitment to the success of the product, and have excellent communication skills. We ask our developers to work in small teams with product management and quality assurance on a daily basis in order to design the product and prioritize bugs.We believe that developers excel when they take responsibility for their own work by understanding our business and being able to think on their feet. You will work on the CRM/SFA area of the product team. CRM/SFA, or the “front office” portion of NetSuite, is one of the most highly used, highly visible parts of the product. You will join a small, powerful team that rivals teams twice its size. You will work on the next-generation code base for lightweight, fast, web-based CRM/SFA applications. In order to succeed, you will work the entire tech stack from the database to the browser, so you should be something of a generalist. And because NetSuite truly is one system, all functionality must be integrated into the NetSuite product—which means you will gain experience across the entire product. You must be an extremely bright, articulate and accomplished coder with excellent data structures and algorithm development experience. You should be the kind of developer that takes pride in their work, and views software development as a mix of hard engineering and craftsmanship.
